I am a registered yoga teacher, end of life doula, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, friend and founder of Chrysalides Yoga llc. I have practiced yoga for more than 15 years. Like many others, I was drawn to the beauty of the asana (poses) but quickly learned the positive impacts of pranayama (breath regulation), dhyana (meditation), and the other limbs of yoga.
I completed 200 hour Essential Teacher Training with Francois Raoult at Open Sky Yoga Center in Rochester, NY and 300 hour Advanced Teacher Training at Kripalu. I have also completed Relax and Renew® Level 1 certification with Judith Hanson Lasater, yoga4cancer certification with Tari Prinster and yoga for teens and children at YogaEd.com. Learning is one of the things I enjoy most and there is much to learn about the ancient practice of yoga! I am grateful for all the amazing teachers from whom I have learned (and from whom I continue to learn).
I love sharing the gift of yoga with others!
