Individual and small group yoga classes are a great way to learn, deepen your practice and/or fit yoga into your schedule!
Individual yoga classes
Individual classes allow you to practice yoga and learn at your own pace in your own environment. Classes are tailored to the interests and goals of the individual.
Small group yoga classes (2-5 individuals)
Gather a group of friends or your family and enjoy the energy of practicing together. Classes are tailored to group interests and allow for individual attention.
How it works
Send us an email at chrysalidesyoga@gmail.com. We will talk about your interests and goals, see if we are a good fit, and then set up a time to meet based on your availability. Sessions will be customized to your interests and goals.
Props are used in all classes as tools to teach us about our bodies, to assist us in safely practicing poses and to help our bodies relax. Classes range from 60-90 minutes. Classes include asana, meditation and pranayama.
